This strategic position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of high-potential local companies, working across the entire investment cycle : sourcing, financial analysis, structuring, strategic monitoring, and divestment.

As a Business Manager (M/F), you will report to the investment team and will BE involved in all stages of the development capital investment process :

Your main missions :

* Identify, qualify and analyze investment opportunities in Normandy.
* Carry out strategic, financial and sector analyses (business plans, valuation, market research).
* Participate in the structuring of operations : financial packages, drafting of investment notes, presentation to internal committees.
* Support the managers of portfolio companies in their strategic and operational development.
* Monitor participations : governance, performance management, reporting.
* Participate in divestment operations.
* Represent the fund at local and national economic events.
